OnSide

The OnSide service supports young people and adults aged between 14 and 30 years old with a disability to allow them to participate in sport, fitness and wellbeing activities to improve their own health and wellbeing.

Multi sports and games are delivered at the sessions across the Tees Valley area. Examples of some of the activities that are delivered include; goalball, athletics, basketball, football, cricket, golf, softball, volleyball, netball, boccia, new age curling, endzone and team building games.

The service also offers try out events across the area that allows people to give a new sport or activity a try.

The service enables participants to have fun and develop their skills while feeling the positive benefits to their health and wellbeing. Volunteer opportunities are also available and supported by the OnSide Coach/Coordinator.
