Motiv8 is a Lottery funded project targeting support through issue based workshops and physical activities for young people aged 11-17 in Stockton and Middlesbrough for those who are Not in Education, Employment or Training, are at risk of becoming excluded, who are offenders, are at risk of offending, engaging in risk taking behaviour. This service is provided free of charge.

The Motiv8 service offers bespoke packages of issue based awareness raising workshops and physical activity and coaching sessions for young people.

Themed workshops delivered include; Youth Mental Health, Drugs and Alcohol, Anti-social Behaviour, Teenage Domestic Violence, Bullying and Cyber Bullying, Gambling, Nutrition and Wellbeing Body Image, Eating Disorder and Obesity.

Practical sessions include; Sport coach, Peer coaches, Mountain biking, Gym sessions, Fitness sessions and Circus skills.
